By using Swimmy, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful training, logging, and subscription purposes.

Swimmy provides tools for recording swimming activity and generating training support. It does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or safety supervision in the water.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free access is available without a paid subscription. Pro and Coach are paid plans; billing, cancellations, and renewals are handled through Polar checkout and its customer portal. Coach may include a free trial under the terms shown at Polar checkout. Legacy trials remain valid until their stored expiration date.
